Tip Tuesday!
Today’s tip comes from our new speech therapist Brittany Loomis.
Her suggestion is to nickname particular sounds when working on articulation with your children to make the activity more fun.
For example:
“s” is the “snake sound.
“th” is the tongue sandwich sound because your tongue goes between your teeth.
“f” is the angry cat sound because it sounds like a hissing cat.
If you are concerned about articulation contact our office to set up a speech evaluation for your child!
