September 2019 patient of the month for our Standish office is Peter Skacal!!
Peter was nominated by his PTA Amanda Wegener, because she sees that he always puts in hard work to meet and exceed his goals. He always comes to physical therapy with a great attitude and is ready to work. The best part is he always has a smile on his face and made us laugh.
Peter came to us for physical therapy after having a stroke that affected his left side. Since coming to therapy with us he has been able to go fishing on his boat and can now manage his stairs at home. He is also now able to walk with his hemi-walker and stand without support.
Peter had said that he has been to multiple therapy clinics in the area, but Paramount is the one that helped and encouraged him the most.
