Paramount Rehabilitation Services is excited to announce Vivian Gallofin, FNP-BC as our May 2022 Provider of the Month.

Vivian Gallofin, FNP-BC is a nurse practitioner that specializes in family medicine. She was nominated by our staff and mutual patients. One patient stated, “Vivian Gallofin is the best! I won’t go see anybody else, because she is the best around.”
