Lauren has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Before joining Paramount in 2022, she worked at McDonald's for almost 9 years and did an internship as a Juvenile Probate Officer at the JCC in Midland during her undergrad degree. Lauren is married with 4 cats and 2 dogs. She enjoys playing video games and spending time with her family and friends. Lauren chose this job because she loves to develop relationships by helping kids in any way she can!
