Before joining Paramount in 2023, Grace worked in the YMCA daycare for about 2 years. Then, she got her RBT and worked for NorthShore's ABA center for about 2 years. She chose this job because she feels fulfilled working with children. In Grace's free time, she loves to read, listen to music, draw and paint.
