Tina joined Paramount in 2023. She is a licensed SLP for about 3 years now. She previously worked in early on, home health, and rehabilitation. Tina chose this field because she is fascinated how everyone's brain works. She believes anyone can show improvement if we capitalize on their strengths. She chose Paramount because she enjoys identifying a child's strengths and allowing them to use their strengths to build confidence and be successful. Tina also is an outdoor enthusiast. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, running, traveling, horseback riding, and hiking.
