Maddie joined Paramount in 2025. She is pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Administration while also specializing in radiology. Previously, she served as a Behavior Technician (BT) and then as a Lead BT, eventually advancing to the role of Office Coordinator at Bridgeport. After a year as a BT, she progressed to Lead and later became an Assistant Office Manager. Maddie enjoys reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, and playing recreational volleyball and softball. Even though she is relatively new, she appreciates her support from fellow BTs, BCBAs, and her receptionist. She loves witnessing the center’s growth and clients achieving their goals. Maddie is passionate about helping people and watching them develop.
