Shyanne joined Paramount in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and certifications as an RBT, QBS, CPR, First Aid, and as a registered behavior technician. She has two years of experience in the ABA field, beginning her career at Creating Brighter Futures in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she worked for six months. Following that, she spent a year and a half at Laugh and Learn Autism Therapy and has been an RBT for a year. In her spare time, she enjoys reading poetry and loves to bake. She finds joy in watching children achieve their goals and grow, and she appreciates the teamwork environment. Her coworkers are fantastic! Additionally, having a 10-year-old brother with ASD has motivated her to understand his needs and wants.
