Deborah joined the Paramount family in 2024, stepping into the Receptionist role at our Standish location. With an impressive 28 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and elderly patients in private settings, she has a rich background in care. Before joining us, Deborah worked as a CNA at Lapeer McLean Hospital for two years before the pandemic, and she also served as a medical receptionist at a medical office affiliated with the PHO. 

In her personal life, Deborah is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and they are proud parents to a son and doting grandparents to two lovely grandchildren. She treasures her free time, which she loves spending with family, cooking, camping, embracing life’s laughter, and leisurely walks in the fall. 

One of Deborah’s favorite aspects of her role is listening to patients share their experiences at Paramount and support one another through their therapies. She finds joy in witnessing their progress from start to finish and is grateful for the opportunity to help them schedule their routines for a comfortable daily life.
