Sara Kyllonen

Sara started at Paramount in 2021. She graduated from Garber high school and has previously worked in customer service for over 7 years. She loves talking with patients and seeing smiling faces everyday knowing that we have helped them. She is from a family with 12 siblings and has been married for over two years. She loves going to game night with her family and friends in her free time.

Annie Kontes

Annie joined the team in 2021. She is one of the billers that we have at Paramount Rehab. She is married and has two sons named Nick and Zack. She enjoys going for walks and playing board games with family. She also enjoys going for long car rides with an unknown destination.

Ashley Kocot

Ashley joined the team in 2021. She was a patient prior and liked the people at Paramount! In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors working in her garden and horseback rising.

Cori Little

Cori joined Paramount in 2021. She has been employed at Mary Free Bed at Covenant for over a year. She completed her following fieldwork placements at the following practice settings: Long term acute, outpatient neuro, outpatient ortho (at Paramount Rehab) and outpatient pediatrics (Westlund Autism Clinic).She enjoys helping people to achieve their goals and be successful. I am a highly motivated person and enjoy cheering her patients on. In her free time she enjoys camping in the U.P., attending rock concerts and singing. She is a member of her church choir as well as the Saginaw Choral Society. She is engaged to her fiance Chris of 8+ years and they have a cat named Harvey.

Jenni Valley

Jenni is a fitness buff who is passionate about getting her patients back to the lives and activities they enjoyed before aging or injury brought them to Paramount. She joined the team in 2011 after working in home care. Today, she focuses on providing aquatic therapy and helping patients with balance concerns. She was born and raised in this area and still lives here with her 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys fit camp, downhill skiing, and running.

Kelly Erdody

Kelly specializes in using hands-on manual therapy to relieve neck and back pain. She also specializes in women’s health. Her passion is helping people regain function so they can get back to doing the things they enjoy. She’s been at Paramount since March 2009. She is married with 1 child. Her family enjoys watching movies, playing video games and visiting amusement parks.

Megan Monroe

Megan joined Paramount in 2013 after completing rotations in a hospital and leading a stroke support group. One thing she values about Paramount is the focus on patients. Appointments are scheduled with enough time to give patients what they need and teach them how to help themselves. Megan also loves getting to know her patients on a personal level. She grew up in Bay City and still lives in the area with her husband and daughter. She specializes in shoulders and work conditioning patients. In her free time, Megan enjoys garage saleing, shopping, visiting Disney and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Lauren Lantry

Lauren works with patients of all ages, but feels a special calling to work with the very youngest children. Before joining Paramount in 2016, Lauren worked with children under 3 years old through schools in Bay, Arenac and Genesee counties. She loved that, but appreciates that Paramount also gives her the opportunity to work with older patients. As a college student, though, Lauren didn’t imagine herself working with human patients at all. Instead, she set out for a career in veterinary medicine. When it came time to apply for graduate school, she realized she loved animals, but didn’t love animal medicine. Instead, she found herself drawn to human medicine. Today, she loves finding creative ways to help and educate people. In her free time, Lauren enjoys trying her hand at interior design on a budget. She also watches Netflix and swims. Lauren was born and raised in the area and still lives here.

Ashley Slater

Ashley loves everything about working in health care. “I like the diverse patient load. I get to see kids here, but I also get to see adults, neuro patients, vestibular patients, everyone.” Before starting at Paramount in 2016, Ashley worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a school setting. She continues to specialize in working with children. Ashley, who was born and raised in this area, is married with three children. She enjoys traveling with her family.

Manjusha Malewar

Manju serves as the Rehab Director for Paramount Rehabilitation Services. After graduating from India in 1990 as a Physical Therapist, Manjusha worked in an Outpatient Rehab Center and ICU burn units. Manjusha owned her own rehab center in India.
After arriving in this country in 1993 with her husband, Sunil, Manju worked in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, nursing homes, and home care agencies and school settings. Sunil and Manju opened Paramount Rehabilitation Services in Bay City in 1997.

Sunil Malewar

Sunil is the president and owner of Paramount Rehabilitation Services. He graduated from a university in India in 1981 and owned a private practice there. Before opening Paramount Rehabilitation Services in 1997, Sunil worked in a variety of physical therapy settings including home care, nursing homes, acute care, community mental health and schools. Through those experiences, Sunil worked with Occupational and Speech therapists. He saw first how the different branches of therapy worked together to help people. From there, Sunil decided he wanted to open a center that could provide a full range of therapy under one roof. Sunil still sees patients every day. He is married to Manjusha Malewar, a Physical Therapist and the Rehabilitation Director for Paramount. Together, they enjoy camping and traveling with family.
