Olivia joined Paramount in 2023. She previously babysat kids in her neighborhood for five years. Olivia recently moved back to Chesaning and chose to work at Paramount because she enjoys playing with the kids and assisting them as they grow and learn. In her free time, she likes to be outside, listen to music, hula hoop, make macrame jewelry, and read.

Allison joined Paramount in 2023. She previously worked as an X-Ray Technician as well as other jobs in the medical field for 25 years. She is married with 3 children. Allison loves to get her family together to spend time outdoors in her free time. She chose Paramount because she has a passion for helping others, especially children.

Emily joined Paramount in 2022 and has a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She will be pursuing her M.A. in Forensic Psychology in January 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends on Higgins Lake. Emily also loves to spend time with her dog, Marley.

Travis joined Paramount in 2022 and is currently in the process of obtaining his degree in Sports Managment. He has experience working with kids through coaching and sport camps. In his free time, he enjoys working out and hanging out with his friends. Travis was attracted to this field because he has always had this need to want to help kids.

Christina joined Paramount in 2022 and is currently working on her Associates Degree in Accounting, youth services. In the past, she worked at a nursing home for almost 7 years. Christina has been married to the love of her life for 21 years! They have a 19-year-old and a 16-year-old. In her free time, she likes to make crafts with her Cricut Machine and diamond paintings with her daughter. Christina is a huge fan of positive reinforcement! She loves working with children and feels so happy when they learn a new skill especially if they have been working on it for a while.

Abby Hoover joined Paramount in 2022. She worked in a GSRP preschool program for 5 years and at local banks for 10 years before that. Abby is married with 2 sons and 2 dogs. In her free time, she loves to read, work on her cross-stitch project, and spend time with her family. In the summer, they love to go camping. She was attracted to the field because her son was a patient with Paramount before, and she seen so much improvement in him. She loved being a part of his progress and other children as well.

Macie joined the Chesaning Paramount team in 2022. She currently attends Saginaw Valley State University. The opportunity to learn ad grow while being able to work with children is what attacted her to the field of ABA. Macie enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and going to the gym.

Brittany joined Paramount in 2022. She loves that her job as a Behavior Technician allows her to work with children, teaching and learning with them. She is getting married in October of this year, and has 3 children. Brittany enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, and ranger rides.

Before joining the Paramount team in 2022, Alana worked at a daycare since she was 15 years old. As a behavior technician, she loves seeing kids accomplish their goals and seeing how excited they get. Alana enjoys being outside and going up north whenever she can.

Eriella joined our team in March 2022. She has worked in the ABA field for a year now prior to coming to Paramount. She enjoys being able to see children smile everyday and watch them grow with their programs. Eriella is engaged with a newborn son. She enjoys being outdoors going hunting, fishing and camping.
