Our Bay City patient of the month is Diana Perry! Patient of the month is chosen by a patient who demonstrates commitment and dedication to attending therapy and completing their home exercises. Diana attended therapy due to issues she was having with low back pain that was interfering with her ability to volunteer at her church pantry. Diana is now discharged and experiencing decreased back pain and now able to volunteer at the church pantry without the interference of her back pain!
