Paramount Rehabilitation Services is excited to announce Dr. Paula Chorazy as our November 2019 Provider of the Month.

Dr. Chorazy is a pediatrician at Lincoln Street Pediatrics in Bay City, MI. She was nominated by our staff and parents of mutual patients. Patients felt that she was thorough in her treatment of their children and helpful in directing parents on obtaining services to help children reach their full potential. They feel that she incorporates the entire family and listens to their concerns.
