Our Bay City Pediatrics Patient of the Month is Ryan Rangel!

He was nominated by his occupational therapist, Tessa Weisenberger. He is attending OT to improve his ability to manage emotions and frustration, attention, following direction and sensory challenges.

Since attending therapy, Ryan can now follow directions through 3-4 step obstacle course, identify feelings and manage emotions better, and attend to tasks for longer periods of time with use of timer/visual schedule.

He was nominated because he always comes to therapy excited and ready to work hard! He continues hard work at home with his home exercises and practicing the zones of regulation.

Ryan stated, “I really like it here! I like to climb and swing and jump”.
