Gatlin joined us in 2024. Before coming to Paramount, she worked at a daycare and as an in-home caretaker. She has also had many years of experience in babysitting, including two cousins with Autism. Gatlin is in a relationship and loves her family and her dog, Coco. In her free time, Gatlin likes to be with friends and family and be outdoors. One thing she likes about her job is feeling rewarded when you see kids improving and meeting goals. She enjoys being able to help others in need.
