Nickolas joined Paramount in 2024, coming from working in a group home in Flint. In his free time, Nickolas enjoys seeing his friends or finding the natural beauty of Michigan. He has been in areas where individuals with special needs were not given the proper care they deserved, so to come to work every day and know we are touching these kids' lives and really helping them is a heartwarming feeling. Nickolas loved the idea of helping people, so positively impacting kids makes every day a good day.
