Allison joined the Paramount team in 2024 after three years of experience in an educational environment. Prior to this role, she was a traveling Speech-Language Pathologist in home health. In her leisure time, Allison finds joy in activities such as going to the gym, watching horror movies, exploring new National Parks, and caring for her collection of houseplants. She is looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to her local community and witness the development of her clients.
