Caroline became a cherished member of the Paramount team in 2024 at our Chesaning location and is certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED. Before joining us, she spent 2–3 years at Big Rock Elementary. Outside of work, Caroline treasures moments with her family, especially her husband, Tyler, and their adorable dog, Lola. She finds joy in reading and writing in her leisure time, and she even has her own writing journey as an author! Caroline brings so much to Paramount, including her kind heart, endless patience, and strong work ethic. She’s excited to put her unique skills into action at work and takes great pride in guiding others. After receiving therapy as a child, she realized that this was the perfect career path for her.
