Shyan became part of Paramount in 2024. Prior to this, she spent seven years in healthcare, serving as a certified CNA for four years. Outside of work, Shyan enjoys singing, hiking, fishing, and cherishing moments with her two-year-old daughter. Her passion for helping others drives her, and she believes this field offers her the opportunity to make a genuine impact. She appreciates the inclusive environment at Paramount!
