Bradfield joined Paramount as a Behavioral Technician in 2025. Before this, he gained experience working at a daycare for children under six, along with personal caregiving for his nieces and younger cousins. As an uncle to four nieces, he enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and cheering on all Texas Longhorn sports in his free time. He treasures his connections with children, taking pride in their development and leaving work each day with the assurance that he is making a positive difference. His aspiration has always been to work with children and build a rewarding career.
