Hillary became a member of Paramount in 2025. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and currently works as a Behavior Therapist. Before this role, she dedicated 12 years to being a stay-at-home mother. Hillary is married and has three daughters. She enjoys spending time and playing games with her family. Her passion for working with children is fueled by the excitement she feels when they achieve their goals. In her quest for a fulfilling career, she learned about the role of a Behavior Technician. Having spent the last 12 years raising a child with autism, the joy she experiences watching her daughter learn and grow is unparalleled. Hillary recognized this position as the ideal fit for her.
