Our Bay City Patient of the Month is Shaverna Burt. Shaverna was nominated by her Certified Hand Therapist, Sheri Karst. Shaverna was nominated by Sheri because of her determination to get better, her commitment to attending her therapy appointments, and her participation in her home exercise program.

Shaverna was originally injured on 8/24 and underwent surgery on 1/25 to the left wrist to release the 2nd and 4th dorsal compartment and for lengthening of the 4th dorsal compartment retinaculum.

We are so glad to be part of Shaverna’s recovery and cannot wait to see the progress she makes.
