Bonnie received her post-graduate education in burns, wounds, cancer rehabilitation, sports medicine, lymphedema, manual therapy, worker's compensation, stroke, and pelvic health. She is qualified to treat men/women/children in these specialty areas. She received her PT degree from CMU in 2000 and has been an APTA-certified clinical instructor since 2003. She has spent a large portion of her career in urban hospitals in Indianapolis, where she also worked as a peer reviewer for third-party payor systems and has worked locally in pelvic health and inpatient rehab settings. She volunteered for many years for a therapeutic riding stable and owns/operates a horse rescue in Coleman, MI. She is also a business advisor to a home health agency in Northern Michigan, where she sometimes sees complex home health patients. She has been a homeschool teacher for over 10 years and specializes in writing instruction. Bonnie joined Paramount in June 2024. Her life partner is a PT, and she has 4 children. Bonnie's hobbies include sailing, reading, writing, swimming, and course development. She loves the friendliness of the staff and the variety of patients we get to see.

Bonnie was attracted to physical therapy because of her rehab experiences as a competitive gymnast and because she doesn't like sitting at a desk. Plus, there is always something to learn.
