Aundrea joined Paramount in 2023 as a Behavior Technician. She previously worked at a Kindercare in Fenton. Aundrea loves to see progress in others that will give them a bright future. She is very adventurous and loves being surrounded by nature.

Jennifer joined Paramount in 2023 as a Behavior Technician. She has a passion for helping others and enjoys working with children. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys all things outdoors as well as puzzles and board games.
Macey Mayes
Macey joined Paramount in 2023 as a Behavior Technician. She values being a part of a patient’s progress and watching them grow as an individual while also getting to learn new things herself. In her free time, Macey enjoys online shopping, watching sports, traveling to new places, and most importantly spending time with her kids and family.
Gracelynn Maike
Gracelynn joined Paramount in 2023 as a Behavior Technician. She previously worked at a daycare. Gracelynn likes that her job gives her the opportunity to impact the lives of her clients. She loves working with children and being able to watch them grow.
Samantha Hall
Samantha joined Paramount in 2023 as a Behavior Technician. She’s enjoyed getting to know coworkers and patients. Watching patients hit milestones is the best! Samantha enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing softball, walking, and cleaning the house. She’s married and has 4 Labs and 1 Golden Retriever.
Madolyn Glocksine
Madolyn joined Paramount in 2023. She love working with children, and being able to help them develop skills to last a lifetime. In her free time, she likes to listen to comedy and psychology podcasts, go for nature walks, and play with her dogs.
Kassie Vennix
Kassie joined Paramount in 2016. She loves making therapy fun for the kids and playing with them as they work towards their goals. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family.
Karlie Lewis
Karlie joined Paramount in 2023. She previously worked as a lifeguard and helped at a daycare. She loves to help kids gain and learn new skills. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, boating Up North, and working out.
Ashtyn Mlasko
Ashtyn joined Paramount in 2023. While at CMU she provided speech and language services in their outpatient clinic. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, watching TV shows or movies, and time with family and friends.
Allison Ferry
Allison joined Paramount in 2023. She previously worked as an X-Ray Technician as well as other jobs in the medical field for 25 years. She is married with 3 children. Allison loves to get her family together to spend time outdoors in her free time. She chose Paramount because she has a passion for helping others, especially children.
Jessica Schaefer
Jessica is currently working towards a degree in elementary education. She previously worked in childcare at the YMCA before coming to Paramount in 2023. Jessica loves writing, exercising, learning, netflix, and spending time with her family and 2 cats. She recently taken upon Skiing too! When the weather is nice, Jessica plays tennis which is her favorite sport.
Emilee Ayala
Emilee joined the Paramount team in 2023 because she loves helping people learn skills, they use every day. She has her masters in ABA and worked as a Behavior Technician for 2 years working with ages from 2-8. Emilee is married with 2 kids ages 3 and 4. In her free time, she loves to read, play with her kids, shop, and go for walks.
