Alliah has worked as a Behavior Technician for a little over a year in the Bay City, Auburn, and Midland areas. She decided to join the Paramount team in 2023 because she loves playing and interacting with her clients as well as watching them grow and master out of programs. Growing up, she volunteered for the Special Olympics. Doing this brought her so much joy and realized this is the field she wants to be in. Outside of work, Alliah is a cheer coach who loves spending time with her family.
Emily Thiel
Emily joined Paramount in 2022 and has a B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She will be pursuing her M.A. in Forensic Psychology in January 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends on Higgins Lake. Emily also loves to spend time with her dog, Marley.
Travis Indlekofer
Travis joined Paramount in 2022 and is currently in the process of obtaining his degree in Sports Managment. He has experience working with kids through coaching and sport camps. In his free time, he enjoys working out and hanging out with his friends. Travis was attracted to this field because he has always had this need to want to help kids.
Christina Warby
Christina joined Paramount in 2022 and is currently working on her Associates Degree in Accounting, youth services. In the past, she worked at a nursing home for almost 7 years. Christina has been married to the love of her life for 21 years! They have a 19-year-old and a 16-year-old. In her free time, she likes to make crafts with her Cricut Machine and diamond paintings with her daughter. Christina is a huge fan of positive reinforcement! She loves working with children and feels so happy when they learn a new skill especially if they have been working on it for a while.
Leah Palm
Leah joined Paramount in September of 2022. She has worked as a behavior technician for 6 years and has been a BCBA for over 2 years now. Leah is married with 3 kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the U.P. and hiking. Leah chose Paramount because she loves working with kids and has always had a passion for finding creative ways to help them learn.
Christopher Elston
Christopher joined Paramount in 2022 and is a WQHD School Graduate. He has worked with abused and neglected children ranging from 5-15 years old in a residential setting. Chris is married and has six amazing children. He loves spending time with his family and is an avid video gamer and a soccer coach in his free time. Chris chose Paramount because of having the opportunity to enhance the patient’s life. Teaching them the skills so that they can find happiness and path in life.
Macie Bruff
Macie joined the Chesaning Paramount team in 2022. She currently attends Saginaw Valley State University. The opportunity to learn ad grow while being able to work with children is what attacted her to the field of ABA. Macie enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and going to the gym.
Tosha Ustishen
Tosha joined the Paramount team in 2022. She has a masters in education from SVSU; she has Board Certified Behavior Analyst Coursework completed through Florida Institute of Technology. Since leaving the education field, she has spent 4 years in ABA; she started as a Behavior Technician and worked up to a Program Supervisor and Assistant Clinical Director. Tosha lives in the area with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys camping, traveling, cooking, interior designing and spending time with family. Tosha loves watching her daughters play sports as well.
Grace Smith
Grace joined Paramount in 2022. Prior to Paramount, she worked at a residential treatment program for young boys. As a behavior technician, she enjoys working with children and celebrating their victories. Grace enjoys spending time with her dog, and trying as many new coffee shops as possible.
Alana Wendling
Before joining the Paramount team in 2022, Alana worked at a daycare since she was 15 years old. As a behavior technician, she loves seeing kids accomplish their goals and seeing how excited they get. Alana enjoys being outside and going up north whenever she can.
Breanna Tacey
Breanna joined Paramount in 2022. She has her Masters of Science: Psychology with focus in ABA. Breanna has been a licensed BCBA for 2 years and has 7 years experience in the field of ABA with previous employment as a preschool teacher. She loves seeing the day to day progress with our clients. Breanna has always had a passion for working with children, helping others, and interested in psychology and child development. She enjoys gardening, camping on Lake Charlevoix, spending time with her two nieces and mini golden doodle, Harvey.
James Matherne
James worked as a lead pre-k1 daycare worker and behavior technician at other ABA centers before joining Paramount in 2022. He is married with one cat. In his free time he enjoys swimming, reading, watching sports on TV, binging netflix, camping & hiking and spending time with friends. James loves his job at Paramount because it allows him to see his impact on children and seeing their successes and reaching their goals!
