Kim Koroleski

Before joining Paramount in 2023, Kim worked in various skilled nursing homes in New Hampshire, Florida, and Michigan for 13 years. She was attracted to this field because seeing therapy help her grandma, she was inspired to help others. She enjoys going riding on the quad in the snow and traveling to find new mom and pop’s places to eat. Kim has been with her fiancé for 10 and a half years and been engaged for the past 3 years. They own have a 9-year-old German Shepard named Jack.

Eileen Card

Eileen worked in Home Care for numerous agencies from all over Michigan. She is single with two grown children and two grandsons. In her free time, she loves to garden. Each plant is like another child to her. In the winter, she is plotting and scheming about new projects for the next spring. Eileen was attracted to this field because this is a job that doesn’t feel like a job to her. She loves learning so she can make a difference.

Katie Osborne

Katie is a newly graduate from MidMichigan College and completed clinicals at My Michigan in the Midland Hospital. Since it is just her and her grandma, she always enjoyed being able to help her during her knee replacement and her broken hip. This led her to enjoy helping others get back to living their lives. In Katie’s free time, she enjoys playing video games, Comic Con, and could spend hours walking through her hometown playing Pokémon Go.

Laura Bringer

Laura has an associates degree in Applied Science from Delta College. For the last 13 years, she worked in a nursing facility in Mt. Pleasant. Laura joined Paramount in August of 2022 to learn new techniques and skills. Laura has been married for over 34 years with two daughters and 2 grand puppies. She enjoys target shooting and is currently performing Cross-fit to compete in “The Murph” competition.

Mina Robinson

Mina earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 1983. She was drawn to this field because she has a strong compassion for people and wants to help them achieve their goals. She has fulfilled that goal while working in hospitals, outpatient settings, nursing homes and for home care agencies. She joined Paramount in 2005. Here, she appreciates the flexible hours, loves her co-workers and is grateful for nice managers and bosses. She lives in the area with her 2 daughters and husband. The family enjoys bowling, biking, and skiing on both water and snow.

Emily Buchanan

Prior to joining Paramount in 2020, Emily worked at Mid-Michigan for 15 years working with orthopedic patients in the outpatient setting. Emily graduated from Delta College with her Associate in Applied Science in 2005 and became a certified massage therapist in 2011. Emily loves meeting new people, learning what their passions in life are and getting them back to doing the things they love to do. Upon learning about home exercise programs and how they keep patients active after therapy, Emily decided that she wanted to be a PTA and help people overcome their injuries, disabilities and fears. Emily is married with one grown daughter and 2 cats. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, seeing new places in the United States, gardening, weaving rugs and spending time with family and friends.

Samantha Neil

Prior to joining Paramount in 2019, Samantha worked in homecare for 6 years. She always wanted to work in some area of the medical field and loves fitness. Samantha loves taking fitness classes, doing workout DVDs and reading in her free time.

Amanda Wegener

Prior to joining Paramount, Amanda was a restorative aide in outpatient and skilled nursing facilities for about two years. The people she met there fueled her goal of becoming a PTA and working with patients on a higher level. She joined Paramount in September 2017 where she fell in love with the attitude that the patient always comes first. Amanda loves to cook, clean, organize, and spend time with family. Amanda and her boyfriend have three sons.

Jenni Valley

Jenni is a fitness buff who is passionate about getting her patients back to the lives and activities they enjoyed before aging or injury brought them to Paramount. She joined the team in 2011 after working in home care. Today, she focuses on providing aquatic therapy and helping patients with balance concerns. She was born and raised in this area and still lives here with her 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys fit camp, downhill skiing, and running.

Jennafer Groh

Jennafer worked at Paramount during school and felt fortunate when she hired in as an employee in 2016. “I really like the variety of patients we serve,” Jennafer said. “It’s not the same thing over and over again, which keeps me on my toes.” She looks forward to working with patients, helping them to address concerns and improve their quality of life. Jennafer was born and raised in Standish and spends much of her free time with her family and friends.

Luke Finkbeiner

Luke brings a broad background to his job. He was a massage therapist for 16 years before Paramount Owner Sunil Malewar encouraged him to go back to school and become an LPTA. Since earning his license, Luke has taken classes on dynamic stretching, massage therapy, and muscle energy so he can provide patients with an array of treatment options. Before joining Paramount in 2012, Luke worked in a neurological medical office. He likes that this job lets him work with patients of all ages and with a variety of conditions. He is married with 2 daughters and spends much of his free time with family and working in the yard.

Robert Wright

Robert joined Paramount in 2016 after working in acute care and at outpatient clinics. He finds the variety of clients and techniques at Paramount rewarding. He loves seeing his patients get better. Robert was attracted to therapy after receiving therapy himself. When not at work, he spends most of his time with his mother and his 2 children.
