Jessica is currently working towards a degree in elementary education. She previously worked in childcare at the YMCA before coming to Paramount in 2023. Jessica loves writing, exercising, learning, netflix, and spending time with her family and 2 cats. She recently taken upon Skiing too! When the weather is nice, Jessica plays tennis which is her favorite sport.
Kaitlynn Burgess
Kaitlynn has worked in ABA for about 2 years now. She has 2 horses and a beagle. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, arts and crafts, rollerblading, and spending time with family. She joined Paramount in 2023 because of her passion for watching people improve and become the best they can be. Kaitlynn loves seeing people have confidence to overcome boundaries that were once too big to attempt.
Kim Koroleski
Before joining Paramount in 2023, Kim worked in various skilled nursing homes in New Hampshire, Florida, and Michigan for 13 years. She was attracted to this field because seeing therapy help her grandma, she was inspired to help others. She enjoys going riding on the quad in the snow and traveling to find new mom and pop’s places to eat. Kim has been with her fiancé for 10 and a half years and been engaged for the past 3 years. They own have a 9-year-old German Shepard named Jack.
Grace Lock
Before joining Paramount in 2023, Grace worked in the YMCA daycare for about 2 years. Then, she got her RBT and worked for NorthShore’s ABA center for about 2 years. She chose this job because she feels fulfilled working with children. In Grace’s free time, she loves to read, listen to music, draw and paint.
Emilee Ayala
Emilee joined the Paramount team in 2023 because she loves helping people learn skills, they use every day. She has her masters in ABA and worked as a Behavior Technician for 2 years working with ages from 2-8. Emilee is married with 2 kids ages 3 and 4. In her free time, she loves to read, play with her kids, shop, and go for walks.
Alliah Bryan
Alliah has worked as a Behavior Technician for a little over a year in the Bay City, Auburn, and Midland areas. She decided to join the Paramount team in 2023 because she loves playing and interacting with her clients as well as watching them grow and master out of programs. Growing up, she volunteered for the Special Olympics. Doing this brought her so much joy and realized this is the field she wants to be in. Outside of work, Alliah is a cheer coach who loves spending time with her family.
Mark Kloha
Mark joined our team in 2022. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CMU with a concentration in Human Resource Management. He has 27 years of experience in the HR department. He is married with 2 children and enjoys taking them to their events they participate in. He also enjoys being in his yard with his wife taking care of their small garden.
Andee Lefler
Andee joined Paramount in 2022. She is a licensed SLP for about 2 years now. Andee has experience working at a school and chose to join Paramount because she loves seeing her client’s language skills develop and knowing they fully understand new words by seeing the intention in their eyes. She has a white German Shepard dog. In her free time, Andee enjoys hiking and anything involving nature.
Maranda Toporski
Maranda joined Paramount in 2022. Before joining our team, she worked in a billing department for hospice for 2 years. She also has experience with kids and loves being able to help and watch them grow. Maranda has two dogs named Tanner and Tallulah and loves hanging out with her family and friends in her free time.
Arielle Kipfer
Arielle has her CNA license and has worked in a nursing home in Midland until she switched to doing in-home care before she joined Paramount. It means a lot to her to be able to help kids grow and learn. She lives with her boyfriend and has 2 adorable dogs and 2 cats! In her free time, she loves reading while having Hot Chocolate, painting, and yoga!
Julia Tacey
Before joining Paramount, Julia worked for a different ABA Center and grew a huge love for the career. Julia loves helping people, especially little ones, needing the extra help to understand the world. She has a son named Levi and is expecting a little girl in March 2023. In her free time, she loves spending time with my family and enjoying a nice cozy movie with them. Julia also enjoys spending time outside with her family.
Noelle Conley
Noelle Conley joined Paramount in 2022. She was a SNF for 2 years, worked in home health, and a school district for 1 year. Noelle loves that she gets to work with patients of all ages and to see them learn tasks to increase overall happiness in the community and with their family. That is why she joined Paramount! She also loves sports and outdoor activities.
