Christina joined Paramount in 2022 and is currently working on her Associates Degree in Accounting, youth services. In the past, she worked at a nursing home for almost 7 years. Christina has been married to the love of her life for 21 years! They have a 19-year-old and a 16-year-old. In her free time, she likes to make crafts with her Cricut Machine and diamond paintings with her daughter. Christina is a huge fan of positive reinforcement! She loves working with children and feels so happy when they learn a new skill especially if they have been working on it for a while.
Noelle Conley
Noelle Conley joined Paramount in 2022. She was a SNF for 2 years, worked in home health, and a school district for 1 year. Noelle loves that she gets to work with patients of all ages and to see them learn tasks to increase overall happiness in the community and with their family. That is why she joined Paramount! She also loves sports and outdoor activities.
Lauren Bendel
Lauren has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Before joining Paramount in 2022, she worked at McDonald’s for almost 9 years and did an internship as a Juvenile Probate Officer at the JCC in Midland during her undergrad degree. Lauren is married with 4 cats and 2 dogs. She enjoys playing video games and spending time with her family and friends. Lauren chose this job because she loves to develop relationships by helping kids in any way she can!
