Tosha Ustishen

Tosha joined the Paramount team in 2022. She has a masters in education from SVSU; she has Board Certified Behavior Analyst Coursework completed through Florida Institute of Technology. Since leaving the education field, she has spent 4 years in ABA; she started as a Behavior Technician and worked up to a Program Supervisor and Assistant Clinical Director. Tosha lives in the area with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys camping, traveling, cooking, interior designing and spending time with family. Tosha loves watching her daughters play sports as well.

Mark Laciak

Mark joined the Paramount team in 2022. He graduated from Mid Western University in 2008. Mark has been working in an outpatient physical therapy setting since graduating in 2008. He has certifications in kinesio taping, cupping, and principles of manual medicine. He is married and has 4 children. He likes to spend his free time with his family, traveling and golfing.

Sara Kyllonen

Sara started at Paramount in 2021. She graduated from Garber high school and has previously worked in customer service for over 7 years. She loves talking with patients and seeing smiling faces everyday knowing that we have helped them. She is from a family with 12 siblings and has been married for over two years. She loves going to game night with her family and friends in her free time.

Matthew Reid

Matthew joined the team in 2021. He was previously a teacher for 19.5 years and has a year of experience with ABA. After teaching for so long, he felt that it was a natural transition to work with kids with special needs. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and watching movies in his spare time.

Amanda Wegener

Prior to joining Paramount, Amanda was a restorative aide in outpatient and skilled nursing facilities for about two years. The people she met there fueled her goal of becoming a PTA and working with patients on a higher level. She joined Paramount in September 2017 where she fell in love with the attitude that the patient always comes first. Amanda loves to cook, clean, organize, and spend time with family. Amanda and her boyfriend have three sons.

Luke Finkbeiner

Luke brings a broad background to his job. He was a massage therapist for 16 years before Paramount Owner Sunil Malewar encouraged him to go back to school and become an LPTA. Since earning his license, Luke has taken classes on dynamic stretching, massage therapy, and muscle energy so he can provide patients with an array of treatment options. Before joining Paramount in 2012, Luke worked in a neurological medical office. He likes that this job lets him work with patients of all ages and with a variety of conditions. He is married with 2 daughters and spends much of his free time with family and working in the yard.

Robert Wright

Robert joined Paramount in 2016 after working in acute care and at outpatient clinics. He finds the variety of clients and techniques at Paramount rewarding. He loves seeing his patients get better. Robert was attracted to therapy after receiving therapy himself. When not at work, he spends most of his time with his mother and his 2 children.

Kelly Erdody

Kelly specializes in using hands-on manual therapy to relieve neck and back pain. She also specializes in women’s health. Her passion is helping people regain function so they can get back to doing the things they enjoy. She’s been at Paramount since March 2009. She is married with 1 child. Her family enjoys watching movies, playing video games and visiting amusement parks.

Megan Monroe

Megan joined Paramount in 2013 after completing rotations in a hospital and leading a stroke support group. One thing she values about Paramount is the focus on patients. Appointments are scheduled with enough time to give patients what they need and teach them how to help themselves. Megan also loves getting to know her patients on a personal level. She grew up in Bay City and still lives in the area with her husband and daughter. She specializes in shoulders and work conditioning patients. In her free time, Megan enjoys garage saleing, shopping, visiting Disney and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Ashley Slater

Ashley loves everything about working in health care. “I like the diverse patient load. I get to see kids here, but I also get to see adults, neuro patients, vestibular patients, everyone.” Before starting at Paramount in 2016, Ashley worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a school setting. She continues to specialize in working with children. Ashley, who was born and raised in this area, is married with three children. She enjoys traveling with her family.

Manjusha Malewar

Manju serves as the Rehab Director for Paramount Rehabilitation Services. After graduating from India in 1990 as a Physical Therapist, Manjusha worked in an Outpatient Rehab Center and ICU burn units. Manjusha owned her own rehab center in India.
After arriving in this country in 1993 with her husband, Sunil, Manju worked in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, nursing homes, and home care agencies and school settings. Sunil and Manju opened Paramount Rehabilitation Services in Bay City in 1997.
