Noelle Conley joined Paramount in 2022. She was a SNF for 2 years, worked in home health, and a school district for 1 year. Noelle loves that she gets to work with patients of all ages and to see them learn tasks to increase overall happiness in the community and with their family. That is why she joined Paramount! She also loves sports and outdoor activities.
Venesa joined the Paramount team in 2022. She has previously worked in the medical field for 22 years with the last 5 years at a DME clinic. Venesa enjoys making people smile. She has 2 grown children & a bonus daughter, 1 granddaughter, and a fur granddaughter. In her free time she enjoys spending it with family, traveling, creating t-shirt decals and tumblers; Venesa also loves the beach and the ocean.
Sarah joined the team in 2021. She has a master degree in Speech-Language Pathology from James Madison University. She has a bachelor degree in communication sciences and disorders from Central Michigan University. She interned at McLaren’s center for rehabilitation and at MacGregor Elementary school. Sarah loves getting to see patients meet their goals, especially when it helps them to better communicate with their loved ones. In her free time, she loves outdoor activities, such as hiking and camping. She also loves to dance!
Allie joined the team in 2021. She has completed fieldwork rotations at a skilled nursing facility, outpatient neuro and a school setting. She has some ABA experience from her undergraduate. She participated in SVSU’s stroke camp, where she evaluated and treated community members of varying ages recovering from strokes. She loves using daily occupations to get people back to doing the things they love and need to do independently. She is married and has a fur baby chocolate lab. In her free time, Allie enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Travis joined Paramount in 2019. He graduated in 2016 and worked for the Saginaw ISD prior to starting at Paramount. He stated, “Paramount has a great reputation and is involved with the community, which is why I am excited to be a part of this team”. Travis wanted to be a SLP because he enjoys working with people and problem solving. In his spare time, Travis enjoys running and being outdoors.
