Macie joined the Chesaning Paramount team in 2022. She currently attends Saginaw Valley State University. The opportunity to learn ad grow while being able to work with children is what attacted her to the field of ABA. Macie enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and going to the gym.
Tosha Ustishen
Tosha joined the Paramount team in 2022. She has a masters in education from SVSU; she has Board Certified Behavior Analyst Coursework completed through Florida Institute of Technology. Since leaving the education field, she has spent 4 years in ABA; she started as a Behavior Technician and worked up to a Program Supervisor and Assistant Clinical Director. Tosha lives in the area with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys camping, traveling, cooking, interior designing and spending time with family. Tosha loves watching her daughters play sports as well.
Alana Wendling
Before joining the Paramount team in 2022, Alana worked at a daycare since she was 15 years old. As a behavior technician, she loves seeing kids accomplish their goals and seeing how excited they get. Alana enjoys being outside and going up north whenever she can.
Amber Tanney
Amber joined Paramount in December 2021. She previously worked in assisted living homes for the past 7 years. She loves children and helping people. She is the youngest of three sisters and a mom to a toddler boy. She enjoys family time and describes herself as a “homebody”.
Hallie Taylor
Hallie joined Paramount in 2021. She previously worked in an assisted living facility for two years and at a daycare center for a year and a half. She graduated from Birch Run High school and is working on her CDA. She has a passion for helping and teaching children and is excited for this opportunity. In her free time she likes to travel, listen to podcasts, and hang out with her friends and family. She doesn’t have any children of her own, but she does have two nephews and one niece.
Savannah Rupple
Savannah joined Paramount in 2021. She previously taught dance and helped run children’s camps in New York. She has also worked in assisted living. She is very excited to watch the children grow and progress. She loves working with children and helping them to reach new goals. She was born and raised in Chesaning. In her free time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, and listening to live music.
Shelia Hornak
Shelia joined the team in 2021. She worked at a school district for the past 7 years. She worked with kids with special needs sometimes and really enjoyed it. She loves helping kids and seeing them learn, grow and reach their potential! In her free time, she loves to cook, read and run. She is married with two boys that keep her busy!
Matthew Reid
Matthew joined the team in 2021. He was previously a teacher for 19.5 years and has a year of experience with ABA. After teaching for so long, he felt that it was a natural transition to work with kids with special needs. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and watching movies in his spare time.
Stacey Drzewiecki
Stacey joined Paramount in 2021. She is working toward her bachelor degree in social work at SVSU and then plans to continue on in the ABA field. She loves seeing kids learn and improve on the desired skill. Stacey also has experience working as a paraprofessional for three years at a local high school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys camping and being outdoors.

Sunil Malewar
Sunil is the president and owner of Paramount Rehabilitation Services. He graduated from a university in India in 1981 and owned a private practice there. Before opening Paramount Rehabilitation Services in 1997, Sunil worked in a variety of physical therapy settings including home care, nursing homes, acute care, community mental health and schools. Through those experiences, Sunil worked with Occupational and Speech therapists. He saw first how the different branches of therapy worked together to help people. From there, Sunil decided he wanted to open a center that could provide a full range of therapy under one roof. Sunil still sees patients every day. He is married to Manjusha Malewar, a Physical Therapist and the Rehabilitation Director for Paramount. Together, they enjoy camping and traveling with family.
